A Dining Experience

Jack and Cathy are pleased to announce that they have purchased the Crown at Shillington. Situated in the heart of the village the Crown is run by our resident managers Mike & Deborah Killeen. They bring with them a wealth of experience and are totally committed to excellent customer care.

The Restaurant and Lounge Bar

Superb quality food served 7 days a week in our lounge bar or restaurant. The menu has been designed to tempt all with the large selection of dishes available. This in itself is complemented by the ever growing specials board and vegetarian selection on offer. While we strive to offer what we consider to be a large selection of quality fayre including Gammon, Fish, Pasta, Chicken and Steaks we are always looking at other ways to offer a more comprehensive range of meals. We are also justly proud of our top quality scotch steaks purchased locally from BW Deacon of Westoning. We also have vegetarian options as well as a very comprehensive list of wines from around the world that are offered by the bottle or glass. 

The Garden and Patio

Our garden and patio area gives you the opportunity to dine Alfresco assuming the weather is favourable. If it is a bit chilly then we have heaters on the patio. Relax in the open air and enjoy a quality meal from our menu. Dogs are more than welcome but we would be grateful if you would keep your dogs on a lead at all times and refrain from bringing them inside.

Just fancy a drink? 

Warm, inviting, relaxing and comfortable, you have a choice of the  Lounge Bar or the Village Bar where dominoes are often played by the regulars. Both are well stocked with an impressive array of drinks including wines, cask ales, bottled beers, quality soft drinks and spirits. In the winter both bars have roaring log fires.
